“Agile is a journey and frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum and Kanban are vital when we embark on our own unique journey. Frameworks set us up for success while we embrace the values and principles of an agile way of being. These include transparency, respect, customer focus, simplicity, collaboration, self-organising, responsibility and ownership. By embracing mastery, purpose and autonomy, underpinned by an appropriate framework it's possible to reach Agile maturity in months.”
