The Claude Code Deep Adoption training programme is a live, instructor led course designed to help software delivery teams move beyond surface level AI use and establish structured, repeatable, and responsible ways of working with Claude Code across the software development lifecycle.
Rather than focusing on isolated prompts, the course emphasises disciplined practice, team level workflows and practical guardrails that support high quality delivery in real production environments.

This programme combines theory, hands on experimentation and deliberate practice to ensure learning translates directly into day to day delivery. Participants can expect:
- Practical application of Claude Code across most aspects of the software development lifecycle
- A clear understanding of how established software engineering practices translate into an AI first context
- Techniques for working effectively with AI model limitations, including verification, constraint and recovery
- Guidance on designing project specific guardrails to support quality, safety and consistency
- A strong emphasis on responsible adoption, reinforcing that AI assists, while humans retain ownership of outcomes
The programme concludes with a Hackathon / Capstone, where participants consolidate their learning and produce reusable assets their teams continue to use after the course.

- Reusable templates, standards and checklists produced during the Hackathon / Capstone
