I enjoy working for DVT as they have helped me start my career into the IT industry. They have helped me to greatly improve my career and life skills and are continuing to do so every single day. Not only does DVT help me improve my self-worth but they treat me with respect and as a friend and at times they go out of their way to make their employees feel comfortable and happy.

I started working for DVT about a year ago and since then it has been great learning experience and have grown a lot as an employee and gave me opportunity to work on big projects. DVT also provides wonderful working environment where I met nice professional individuals who continue to lead me towards the direction with brighter future.

Working at DVT is great pleasure and privilege and has enabled me to greatly boost my career with a diverse range of exciting and challenging projects onsite. At DVT there are no limitations for growth and I’ve always been encouraged to stretch myself, improve my knowledge and develop new skills. No day is ever the same and, for me, it is this diversity that makes working at DVT really enjoyable.

DVT takes people into consideration and allows for a lot of flexibility. The people at DVT are humble and understanding. Overall a great team to work with!

I've been with DVT for a few years now, and the main reason for this is that I enjoy associating myself with a company who takes a genuine interest in developing their employees. The opportunity to work with a number of clients on a number of varying technology stacks is also a big plus.

I started working for DVT last year July and ever since then i have learned a lot. It is an honor to be part of such a reputable company. I like working for DVT because they provide a nice and friendly working environment, where learning new methodologies is made easy to learn and understand. Seeing the company grow i know more people are going to have the same experience that I have.

My First Company Ever. My first family. I have been employed by DVT straight after Matric and have been going strong for over a year now. There are tons of learning opportunity and experience to be gained. I feel that I have grown more with DVT in this year than ever before. I am excited to see where DVT will venture in the years to come and I would like to be apart of it. #MarioForPresident.

What makes a company great is the people within the company and DVT has been able to provide a welcoming environment making us one big family and this has been the greatest experience for me thus far.

DVT has opened the doors to new opportunities, by exposing me to various projects and industries.

I have only just recently started working at DVT and it has been nothing but pleasant encounters with really great people. I joined due to the culture and information that was conveyed prior to applying, and it has not disappointed. My colleagues have all been so helpful and welcoming. Everyone is always happy to help out with any aspects in order to ensure that I have an acceptably perfect environment in which to be the most productive that I can.

As a new employee at DVT KZN. I have been truly welcomed, not only as another employee but as a key member of a great organization. It’s a real blessing working with such awesome people and a great company which has so many doors that can be opened. I believe. If you love what you do, you never have to work a day in your life. DVT is not only my employer but most definitely my family member. I can always rely on my peers to assist me with any of my concerns. I believe i have one of the best Managers i report too and both Melani and Carlize are always there to help me. This is by far one of the best consulting houses i have worked for.

My kick-off at DVT was last year January 2015. Dynamic Visual Technologies offered me the opportunity to work in the SQA department where I got training and learned skills. Working for DVT as intern showed me another perspective of facing challenges and applying what you know (knowledge) and what you have learned also from fellow peers. We provide tailored solutions for clients to meet their needs and optimism and persistence go along.

To me DVT is one great company! Over the past few months since I have been here I have learnt so much. I know there is so much more space for me to grow within our company which really excites me. I love that DVT offers a fun and friendly working environment which I am quiet sure that each and everyone that steps through those doors would agree to. I've been with DVT for many years now, and here's why. Firstly, integrity and ethical business. Very few companies are left that do ethical and transparent business. Secondly, the people themselves. As a developer it is important to me that you can trust your 'line manager' and decision-makers with as little politics and tape as possible. Lastly is simply about opportunity, fair compensation and happiness.

DVT is an amazing company filled with amazing people. I am the developer I am grateful for the training and guidance I received to date.
