Terms and Conditions

1. Volume discounts do apply.
2. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
3. Should there be less than 4 people booked on a course DVT has the right, at its discretion, to postpone the course.
4. Training starts at 09h00 and is completed by 16h00.
5. Please ensure that you are familiar with the pre-requisites for delegates on each course.
6. Payment of course fees to be submitted to DVT on or before the first day of course commencement.
7. All cancellations are to be received in writing by DVT.
8. Delegates not arriving for a course on the appointed day will be charged the full course price.
9. A cancellation fee of 50 percent is applicable for any cancellation made within one week of the starting date of a course.
10. Cancellation fees will be waived should a substitute delegate be provided prior to commencement of the course.
