The Member Management System (MMS) is an integrated system that connects all relevant role-players involved in the successful implementation of any customer loyalty program - Program Managers, Benefit Providers, and the members themselves. The MMS is powered by Radical's CRM Framework and Microsoft's SQL Server Database and runs on Windows and has been web-enabled for remote access and customer self service. The solution has been co-developed with our partners Life world, a leading provider of full-service customer loyalty solutions
