Campaign manager 

Radical Campaign Manager Solution is a powerful management and administration system that caters for a variety of marketing campaigns. The software is designed to be flexible and is easily adapted to the unique requirements of each campaign. 

‘Campaigns’ are marketing activities targeted to a selected list of client contacts. The types of campaigns are:
  

• Events or functions: Manage the clients to be invited, distribute invitations, record RSVP’s including special attendee requirements, send out reminders and record attendance. 
• Gifts: Manage the clients to received gifts, select specific gift for each client, produce gift distribution lists and labels (using mail merge in MS word). 
• Outbound Communications: Manage recipients for outbound communications. Automate electronic distribution of communications including email, SMS and fax. (SMS and fax are transmitted using email gateways). 
• Telesales: Manage targeted clients for outbound telesales calls. Schedule calls with telemarketing operators. Reschedule calls when client unavailable. Record result of calls and update client data. 
• Other: Generic campaign not catered for above. Allows creation of list and manual actions on list members.
