The Radical Customer Service desk is designed to manage customer queries whether via phone, email or the web through one single system. 

 

Radical gathers customer data in a typical tree format to represent the company’s structure with the ability to drill down to site level and further if required. If it’s assets or services your business provides for your customers, with a click of a button you will be able to see real-time information on the status of each customer from what issues have been reported, what’s resolved or not to where assets are with detail of each asset (serial numbers, asset tags, warrantees, suppliers etc).
  

Through surveys and constant communication with your customers you will be able to gauge customer satisfaction levels as well as specific information on each customer such as their preferred method of communication. 

 

By using the Radical Dashboard (a customizable graphical display) you can at-a-glance see live data on information specific to your business such as the number of calls from a customer or the type of calls, or drill down to more detailed information on description of calls or see what the resolution was etc. Constant communication can be maintained with customers and this can be automated through the Business Rules Processor as and when you desire it!
