The Business Rule Processor allows you to setup your business work flow processes, service level management rules, notifications via email or SMS and integration services specific to your business needs.Customizations through the Package EditorA rapid application development tool which automatically creates the underlying tables in the back end while you’re designing the forms and fields you require for a specific requirement. Change field names and insert your own terminology makes it easier for users to adapt to a new system.
