Servest Integrated Services (SIS), a division of the Servest Group, has selected Radical, a locally developed product from DVT, as the software system for their bundled services solution. 

SIS provides an integrated package of support services (eg: security, cleaning, hygiene, pest, indoor plants, gardening and laundry) as part of a professionally managed solution that ensures reduced costs and improved efficiencies for their clients. 

SIS required a software application that would provide the technology infrastructure to allow for the recording and monitoring of the numerous activities undertaken as part of the delivery of their integrated service. 

They were looking for a product that would provide their clients with an easily accessible single point of contact in respect to the services they deliver. It also needed to provide SIS and their clients with a comprehensive record of the status of all the tasks undertaken within the client’s facilities. The product was therefore required to allow for the measurement and reporting on the Service Levels agreed with the clients. 

The system also needed to be flexible, user friendly, allow for the monitoring of activities, allow for the escalation of non-completion/ compliance to various levels of management and above all be integrated into their clients existing systems (eg: SAP). 

Graeme Bird, Business Development Director of SIS, says the reason for selecting Radical was that it is a cost effective product that has the capability to meet the requirements stated above.
