Bytes Technology Networks (BTN), a division of the JSE-listed Bytes Technology Group (a member of the Altron Group); have implemented DVT’s Radical Software as the solution to their Workflow Management requirements. 

BTN required a system that was going to be their single desktop application in the organisation, monitoring and managing each and every client interaction across the organisation. The system was also to control corporate governance in the organisation and so it was imperative that there would be tight integration with their Accpac Accounting Software. 

Brad Fraser, National Financial Director at BTN, was involved in the product selection process: ”Due to the ease of customisation and the excellent support provided by DVT; the product is constantly being adapted in accordance with our ever changing operating environment. Radical has become the front office desktop application in our organisation. It interfaces and integrates on a 2-way basis with our AccPac Accounting Software and our existing Help Desk application. We will continue developing Radical in our organisation, as there is still vast development that we want to do”.
